1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ManeraPro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. ManeraPro reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

ManeraPro is an online marketplace that connects clients seeking local services with independent service providers ("Professionals"). ManeraPro provides the platform and payment processing infrastructure but does not itself perform any services. Professionals are independent contractors, not employees of ManeraPro.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. ManeraPro may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide accurate booking information, pay for services through the Platform's secure payment system, treat helpers with respect, and provide honest reviews. You acknowledge that ManeraPro is not responsible for the quality of services provided by helpers.

5. Professional Responsibilities

As a professional, you agree to provide services as described in your listings, respond to booking requests in a timely manner, show up for confirmed bookings, maintain professional conduct, and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. You are responsible for any licenses, permits, or insurance required for the services you offer.

6. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Clients pay the full listed price at the time of checkout. ManeraPro charges helpers a platform fee of 10% on each completed transaction. This fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and support services. Helpers receive their earnings minus the platform fee via Stripe payouts. Payout timing depends on Stripe's processing schedule, typically 2-7 business days.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary. If a service is not delivered as agreed, clients may file a dispute through the Platform. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our admin team. ManeraPro reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion to maintain platform trust and safety.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between a client and helper, either party may file a dispute through the Platform. ManeraPro's admin team will review the case and make a determination. Both parties agree to cooperate with the investigation. ManeraPro's decision on disputes is final within the platform, though it does not limit either party's legal rights.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: use the Platform for illegal purposes; harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users; create fake accounts or listings; circumvent the Platform's payment system; post false or misleading information; attempt to solicit services outside the Platform to avoid fees; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

10. Content & Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they post (photos, descriptions, reviews). By posting content, you grant ManeraPro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform. ManeraPro's logos, design, and code are protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

ManeraPro provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by helpers. ManeraPro is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform or services booked through it. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to ManeraPro in the 12 months preceding any claim.

12. Account Termination

ManeraPro may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at its sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
