Profile Information: For helpers — bio, skills, languages, years of experience, verification documents, and service listings.

Booking Information: Service details, dates, times, locations, pricing, and communication between parties.

Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. ManeraPro does not store credit card numbers or bank account details. We receive transaction confirmations and payout status from Stripe.

Usage Information: We collect data about how you interact with the Platform, including pages viewed, features used, and device information for improving our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve our services; process bookings and payments; communicate with you about your account and bookings; verify helper identities; resolve disputes; send notifications about platform activity; prevent fraud and maintain security; comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

Between Users: When a booking is confirmed, limited contact information may be shared between the client and helper to facilitate the service.

Payment Processing: Transaction data is shared with Stripe to process payments and payouts.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government regulation.

Platform Safety: We may share information with law enforcement if we believe there is a risk of harm to any person.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication through Supabase, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies & Tracking

ManeraPro uses essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics may be used to understand platform usage and improve our services.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data through your account settings; correct inaccurate information; delete your account and associated data; export your data; withdraw consent for optional data processing. To exercise these rights, visit your Settings page or contact our support team.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Booking and payment records are retained for legal and accounting purposes for a minimum of 7 years. When you delete your account, personal information is removed within 30 days, though anonymized data may be retained for analytics.

8. Children's Privacy

ManeraPro is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform or by email. Continued use of ManeraPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
